Session Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend your session, please make sure that you cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will forfeit their session fee, as our sessions are non-refundable.

Cancellations made with at least 24 hours will be gifted a gift certificate to be used at a later date.

Class Cancellation Policy

The registration fee is non-refundable - but is transferable following our policy. If you cancel with more than 48 hours notice there will be a $50 cancellation fee should something come up, and you are unable to make our class, the remaining class fee can be transferred to a new date. If you cancel with less than 48 hours, the registration fee will be forfeited.

Return Policy

For the Online Shop - we do not offer refunds or exchanges on any of our items. If there is an issue with your order, please email vanessa@belleamehealing.com to discuss further options.

How does a distance reiki session work?

I ask that you be as relaxed as you can at home, with as little distractions as possible. I always suggest taking a bath, having a yoga flow, meditating, or taking a nap. No TV, but reading is okay. I will email you 5-10 minutes before our session to get permission to start the session, and provide details on what you can expect during our session.

Once I get your permission to start, I will send a link to music and get started. Once your session is over, you will receive an email outlining what stagnant emotions and energy were released.
